YouTube Kids recently announced the addition of a ‘save offline’ feature that allows users to download videos for later viewing.

Since its availability last October, the family-friendly app has been downloaded tens of millions of times around the world. The addition of the offline video viewing feature in the Malaysian region allows families to download a number of videos for their kids to watch at a later time.

To use the feature, simply tap on the three-dot menu and select ‘Save Offline’ to download the video into your media device. So whether you are traveling back to your hometown or overseas with limited cellular coverage, the young ones will still be able to enjoy their favorite videos.

YouTube Kids is free to download on either iOS App Store or Google Play.
