Sharp and Kidzania partner to educate kids about the environment

Sharp and KidZania recently partnered up to help educate children of the importance of technologies such as the air purifiers and how it helps the environment.

“Raising children to be knowledgeable adults is a worthy effort, and we are very proud to partner with KidZania Kuala Lumpur to educate children. The world is changing so quickly, with new advancements and discoveries happening daily across a wide range of industries – our future relies on young people who are not afraid to explore and discover new things,” said Tadashi Ohyama, Managing Director of Sharp-Roxy Sales and Service Company (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Sharp will be installing their new Sharp Air Purifier Research & Development Centre at KidZania outlets around the country. These new attraction will show children the workings and benefits of Sharp’s Plasmacluster Ion technology that keeps the air clean.

Besides the new attraction at each KidZania outlet, Sharp will also be participating the Kidzania go!, a mobile school outreach programme that will teach students to better understand how the environment can impact their health. Among the topics that will be covered includes the importance of air quality, haze protection and how to read the Air Pollution Index (API).
