We've talked about Samsung's latest flagships extensively here and here, so there's really no need to talk more about these phones. If you've been waiting to get your hands on one of these phones, Samsung Malaysia Electronics announced late last night that pre-orders for both of these phones will start at 10am, April 11 (Tuesday).

Naturally, to sweeten the deal, the company is throwing in some sweet extras for free, including a limited edition starter kit, a 5,100mAh battery pack and the Samsung Protection Plus plan. These extras add up to a total of RM900.

The limited edition starter kit comprises of a clear cover, a screen protector, a wireless charger, and a USB Type-C cable. The Samsung Protection Plus plan on the other hand is best described as extra insurance – one-year screen crack protection (one-time replacement), a 12-month accidental damage claim, and an additional one-year extended warranty.

Locally, the Galaxy S8 is going for RM3,299, while the Galaxy S8+ is priced at RM3,699.

You can click here to place your order. If you do so, you will be able to get your hands on these devices on May 4, 2017, which is a day before everyone else.

It's also worth mentioning that there will be pre-order promotions by telco companies, such as Celcom, Digi, Maxis, U Mobile, and YES; e-commerce platforms Lazada and 11street; and retail partners Courts Mammoth, Harvey Norman and Senheng.
