Yes folks, the PC version of GTA V has been unceremoniously delayed again, and will only be available for download and retail purchase on April 14, rather than on March 24 as Rockstar had stipulated earlier.

Based on a blog post made on Rockstar's official website, they highlighted that the delay is ultimately for a good cause, as they need the extra time to make sure that the Heists game mode and GTA Online functionality is available on launch day itself, and that the base game is as well-crafted as it can possible be.

"A bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC."

The good news though is your unyielding patience will not go unheeded, as Rockstar is rewarding users who have already pre-ordered the game with $200,000 worth of in-game currency that can be used in GTA Online.
