LG Signature OLED TV W7 leads 2017 roadshow in Pavilion KL

'Simplicity. Perfection.' serves as the tagline for LG's Signature OLED TV W7.

LG's award-winning Signature OLED TV W7 blends to the wall so well that it's easy to mistake one for an art frame. But why take our words when you can gaze into the design and engineering marvel at the LG Roadshow 2017 in Pavilion KL? The 65-inch variant of the OLED TV W7 serves as the highlight of the 2017 roadshow, which runs from August 1 (today) through the weekend. LG's Picture-on-Wall design philosophy encourages minimalism, enabling the 3.8mm-thin OLED TV W7 panel to be wall mounted with minimal gaps through the use of four magnetic brackets.

The OLED W7 is mounted using four magnetic brackets, with a single ribbon cable connecting the display to the Dolby Atmos soundbar / AV box.

An AV box that doubles as Dolby Atmos soundbar is linked to the OLED TV W7 using a single ribbon cable, in line with the clean, clutter-free home entertainment approach. In addition to OLED technology's perfect black and true-to-life color, the inclusion of Active HDR with Dolby Vision ensures full compatibility for other HDR standards (HDR10 and HLG) for viewers to get the most out of premium HDR content from Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and Ultra HD Blu-ray movies.

Those interested in the OLED TV W7 can pre-order one at a reduced price of RM39,999 (RRP: RM44,999) during the roadshow. The offer is limited to the first 10 units, which will include a complimentary travel voucher worth RM2,000.

The massive 77-inch Signature OLED TV G7 is currently going for RM69,436 (RRP: RM79,999), and comes bundled with the SJ9 5.1.2-channel Hi-Res Audio soundbar.

Also making an appearance is the LG OLED TV E7, which shares similar features with the W7, right down to the webOS 3.5 interface that powers the TV viewing experience. It can be yours for RM21,463 (RRP: RM29,999), plus LG is throwing in the SJ8 4.1-channel Hi-Res Audio soundbar to sweeten the deal.

Other new products that are on showcase include LG's Smart InstaView refrigerator, Smart Inverter Linear refrigerators, TWINWash washing machine, as well as 4K Ultra HD monitors and curved gaming monitors.

"LG takes pride in offering the best innovations to achieve world-renowned recognition. With that, LG showcases its understanding in creating technologies that provide consumers beyond convenience and comfort products with improved innovations suited for next generation digital lifestyle," said David Oh, Managing Director, LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd.

The Smart InstaView Door-in-Door refrigerator features a 33-inch tinted glass panel that will illuminate the content within when it's knocked twice by the user. This offers the convenience of seeing the fridge's content, while also reducing cold air loss to keep food fresher for longer. The Smart Inverter Linear refrigerators, on the other hand, is designed to prolong food freshness with LG's Hygiene Fresh+ filtration system. It works similar to an air purification system by eliminating contaminated air and removing bacteria, viruses, mold spores, and odors from within the refrigerator.
