This is what the LG G7 ThinQ looks like

LG is expected to launch its next flagship smartphone in New York on May 2; but today, VentureBeat mobile reporter and well-known leaker Evan Blass has all but shown us what the phone looks like.

Assuming this image is real, that means:

LG G7 ThinQ - The official name of the phone is going to be "LG G7 ThinQ". This “ThinQ” broadly refers to LG’s AI platform. ThinQ-branded features can be found in many of LG’s 2018 products, including its TVs. There’s also precedent of ThinQ being part of the name of an LG phone, such as the LG V30S ThinQ.

Notch - Yes, the phone will have a notch. Rumor has it that users can hide this notch through software.

AI button or Google Assistant button - There are rumors that the phone would have either a dedicated AI button or Google Assistant button. This could explain that extra button on the left of the phone, just below the volume buttons.

Headphone jack: Enough said. (The USB-C port should come as no surprise.)

Fingerprint reader: It looks like the fingerprint reader stays on the back of the phone, just below the camera. The camera is also rumored to have an F1.5 aperture.
