At this year's Big Bad Wolf (BBW) book fair, bookworms can now opt to go cashless when paying for their books, thanks to vcash. The vcash e-wallet works with any telco provider, any bank, and any smartphone. All buyers would have to do is download the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play.

After setting up their account, users may deposit money into it, scan the BBW QR code, and input the payable amount to make a purchase. Every transaction is completed with fingerprint authorization, or a six-digit PIN. Bookworms can walk into a Digi store to deposit cash over the counter, or they could alternatively wire the funds via FPX or JomPAY.

There are added benefits of using vcash when purchasing books at the BBW book fair, such as RM10 instant cashback with RM150 spent using vcash. Customers who deposit RM100 into vcash will be able to redeem a special edition tote bag for free at the vcash counters, while stocks last. vcash is the first digital wallet to be present at the Big Bad Wolf sale.

The Big Bad Wolf book fair will happen from December 8 to December 18, 2017 at MIECC, The Mines.
