COMPUTEX 2016: MSI all set to impress

MSI is certainly one of the top choices when it comes to gaming notebooks today, but that's not all they have to offer. At this year's COMPUTEX, they're eager to showcase their latest motherboards, systems, and more!

Eric Kuo, MSI Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, said "Celebrating our 30th anniversary, MSI will present the latest gaming products, including the popular Virtual Reality (VR) devices at COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2016."

Here are some of the devices to look forward to:

Notebooks

GS63 Stealth Pro

Equipped with the 'Cooler Boost Trinity' technology, this notebook has a total of five heatpipes and enhanced 'Whirlwind Blade' fans to effectively dissipate heat. It is powered by an Intel Core i7 6700HQ processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M.

GT83/GT73 Titan SLI

As their names suggest, both these notebooks are equipped with two NVIDIA GeForce GTX GPUs. The GT83 Titan SLI has two GTX 980s, while the GT73 Titan SLI has two GTX 980Ms.

GS73

With a GTX 970M GPU and 'Cooler Boost Trinity' technology, this notebook offers powerful gaming performance. In addition, an ESS SABRE HiFi headset amp and Nahimic 2.0 technology offers enhanced audio quality in games and music.

Backpack PC

Powered by Intel Extreme Core i7 processors and NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 980 graphics cards, the MSI Backpack PC is ready for VR content. It can be slung behind your back, for better mobility.

System Products

Aegis Gaming Desktop PC

The Aegis desktop PC is powered by Intel Core K-series processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX graphics, all packed in a 19.6 liter case. MSI included a 'Dragon Button', which gives a 15 percent boost in performance by automatically overclocking the system.

Vortex G65 SLI

This cylindrical PC is stuffed with an Intel Core i7 6700K processor, two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPUs in SLI configuration and MSI's Silent Storm Cooling system.

Cubi 2 Plus

This mini PC won the COMPUTEX d&i award for a reason. It runs on 35W Intel Skylake-S processors and a new 5 x 5 mini-STX motherboard. Upgrading the CPU is still possible, and so is the storage, thanks to a removable HDD cover.

Motherboards

X99A GAMING PRO CARBON

Like LED lights? This motherboard has 17 different LED modes and can be customized with more than 16.8 million colors. It also supports USB Type-C, 'Audio Boost 3' technology, Turbo M.2 32Gb/s, and SATA Express devices.

X99A POWER GAMING TITANIUM

This motherboard gives overclockers the means to push CPUs and graphics cards to the limit. It has the latest U.2 32 Gb/s storage, 'Military Class 5' components, and efficient heatsinks.

Z170A MPOWER GAMING TITANIUM

Another option for power users and overclockers, this motherboard is equipped with a host of features. It has a steel backplate that makes the board sturdier, 'Audio Boost 3' and Nahimic audio technology, USB Type-C slots, and more.

Graphics Cards and Peripherals

MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition

While it doesn't feature a custom cooling solution, or factory overclocked speeds, this card is still at the top of the hill in terms of graphics performance today.

Interceptor DS4200 GAMING keyboard

For those who are serious about gaming, this keyboard completes the MSI GAMING experience.
