Canon has just updated its business-oriented Pixma Ink Efficient G series printers with three new models: the G4010, G3010, and G2010.

Retaining the integrated ink tank system design as the previous G4000, G3000, and G2000, the three new all-in-one models now sport a new LCD display for easier printing monitoring, and enhanced printer durability to help reduce downtime.

The Pixma G4010, G3010, and G2010 all deliver up to 6,000 black-and-white document pages and 7,000 color document pages using the bundled set of four ink bottles. The ink tanks are built into the body to reduce the printer’s footprint and users can check remaining ink levels quickly from the front. The ink bottles also come with a special tip design to avoid spillage during refilling. The GI–790 CMYK ink bottles used by the G4010, G3010, and G2010 are the same ones used by the older models, and each bottle costs S$13.70. Top ISO print speeds for all three printers are 8.8ipm (mono) and 5.0ipm (color).

Features-wise, the G4010 supports print, copy, scan, and fax functions. It has a 20-sheet ADF and a 2-line LCD display. The G3010 and G2010 are 3-in-1 models (for users who don’t need fax), and sport a 1.2-inch segment LCD panel.

The G4010 and G3010 also include wireless connectivity. Printing and scanning with iOS and Android devices can be done with the Canon Print Inkjet/Selphy app, which can connect to social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, or file storage services such as Dropbox and Google Drive via the Canon Pixma Cloud Link service. There’s also a Canon Print Service plugin that offers driverless printing functionality for phones and tablets running on Android OS. Additionally, the G4010 supports AirPrint.

All three AIOs are capable of printing a borderless 4R photo under 60 seconds. And users can make use of Canon’s PosterArtist Lite software and its over 1,300 free-to-access templates, photos, and clip arts to create their own posters. Canon’s new Message in Print app also works with these printers, letting users embed an animation or a web link in photos to create personalized messages.

The new Pixma G series printers are now available at all Canon authorized retailers at the following prices:

  • Pixma G4010 - S$389
  • Pixma G3010 - S$329
  • Pixma G2010 - S$239
