Intel Ultrabook City Opens at Plaza Low Yat

Intel recently launched Ultrabook City, an all-new retail experience at Plaza Low Yat for Malaysian technology fans to discover Ultrabooks.

Visitors of the Ultrabook City will get to try out the latest models from Acer, ASUS, Dell, Fujitsu, Lenovo, HP, Samsung, and Sony. Intel revealed the next wave of Ultrabook systems will be powered by the new 3rd generation Intel Core processors. This allows the new devices to be more responsive and more secure to better protect personal information. The chips will also offer increased media and graphics performance, long battery life and more choice in stylish designs.

“With Ultrabook City, we intend to elevate the consumer Ultrabook experience to a new level of excitement in a unique retail setting unlike any other we've done before,” said Prakash Mallya, Country Manager of Sales and Marketing, Intel Malaysia.

Shoppers can also try to win their own Ultrabook, up for grabs in two activities: Ultrabook Temptations and Intel Catch & Win Contest. The Ultrabook Temptations challenges customer to demonstrate their as much excitement as possible to win an Ultrabook. Catch & Win, on the other hand, is an interactive mobile app challenge where consumers can stand a chance to win an Ultrabook every two weeks.
