Fujitsu Rolls Out Enterprise Devices for Windows 8

Even before the Windows 8 OS was launched, Fujitsu was already the No.1 Global Windows-based Tablet PC Vendor (2011 by units shipment) and today, they have just announced a new range of enterprise devices for Windows 8.

“With our long history of producing convertible tablet PCs with touch features, the brand new Fujitsu Touch devices are a perfect fit with Windows 8 to provide users an intuitive and effective working experience. Especially today where, touch-screen devices are rapidly being adopted across multiple, evolving work environment,” commented Yap Hui Hui, Country Manager Malaysia, Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific Ltd. (FPCA).

This new Fujitsu tablet comes packed with an ultra-lightweight, 10.1-inch tablet PC system, which will come with robust enterprise features such as fingerprint sensor, SmartCard reader and Full Disk Encryption (FDE). In addition, Fujitsu is also equipping the previously launched STYLISTIC Q702 tablet with Windows 8 to revitalize its functionality.



The LIFEBOOK T902, on the other hand, is a 13.3-inch convertible tablet PC that comes packed with dual digitizer pens and multi-touch support for advanced navigation and precise drawing on a wide screen. Powered by Intel’s processors, the T902 also comes stocked with features like Intel vPro technology, SmartCard reader and optional Trusted Platform Module (TPM) for enhanced mobile security.



For the on-the-go professional, the 13.3-inch LIFEBOOK SH782 is a brand new ultraportable computing device, which comes in three stylish colors including black, red and white. Promising productivity wherever the user may be, the SH782 also offers the option of a second battery, which extends the usage to more than 15 hours.
