Digi customers will be able to use their Digi account to pay for App Store, Apple Music and iTunes purchases. This is in line with Digi's Freedom to Internet, where customers can enjoy services that go hand in hand with Digi's 4G Plus network.

This option is available to all Digi customers with prepaid and postpaid mobile plans in Malaysia. Digi customers with existing and new Apple IDs would have to select "Carrier Billing" as a payment option under account settings in the App Store, Apple Music or iTunes. The newly selected payment method will be automatically configured, enabling customers to perform one-tap purchasing.

With the rollout of this new payment method, Digi users can experience better Music, Gaming and Video Freedom without having to use a debit or credit card.
