It has been a long standing tradition at Pentax to create and offer SLRs (and DSLRs for that matter) with weatherproof capabilities. And while most camera manufacturers offer weatherproofing on their high-end models, Pentax has once again upped the ante and now offer the most affordable weatherproof DSLR available in the market today.

We’ve seen our fair share of robust compact point and shoot cameras that offer outdoorsmen features, which protect the camera from water and dust.
