Samsung Launches Smart TV, HTS and Audio Dock Line for 2012

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Just earlier today, Samsung Malaysia Electronics announced the official launch of a wide range of products for 2012, including both Plasma and LED TVs along with several Home Theater Systems, Blu-ray Disc players and Audio Docks last seen at CES 2012.

In terms of the SMART TVs, Samsung launched its flagship SMART LED TV models including the ES8000, ES7500 and ES6800 along with the Plasma E8000 TVs. Some of the more notable SMART TV features include SMART Interaction, which gives users a new and innovative alternative to the remote by allowing facial recognition, voice and even motion controls.

SMART Content, on the other hand, gives consumers the choice of applications, VOD services and signature Samsung Apps right on their TV screen. Understanding the needs of consumers, Samsung has also added a new SMART Evolution feature, which will allow users to easily swap out their chipsets for new ones, thus providing an incredibly cost-effective upgrade option.

In addition to this, Samsung’s Home Entertainment Systems and Blu-ray Disc players also come with the same SMART technology, instantly offering users the SMART experience on other TVs. Furthermore at the event, Samsung also launched the world’s first dual docking system, which is compatible with both Samsung GALAXY and Apple iOS devices. This compact unit also offers a Vacuum Tube Amplifier and a built-in Subwoofer for incredible sounds.
