Malaysia – Although it was pulled from IFA 2011 due to some legal technicality, Samsung has nevertheless announced that the GALAXY Tab 7.7 is now available in Malaysia.

Building on the success of its 10.1" offering, the GALAXY Tab 7.7 is the world’s first tablet to feature a Super AMOLED Plus display. The tablet also boasts a 1280 x 800 (WXGA) resolution, all encased in a portable 7.7” form factor.
Adding to its portability, the tablet weighs only 340g and is 7.89mm thin. With a 1.4GHz Dual-Core processor running at its core, the tablet also features the Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) platform, while the HSPA+ 21Mbps network provides faster download and upload speeds when available and its 5,100 mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of video playback.

The Samsung GALAXY Tab 7.7 is available at all Samsung retail outlets at a recommended retail price of RM2,099.
