Avaya Wins 2011 Frost & Sullivan Award
Avaya announced that it was awarded the 2011 Asia Pacific Contact Center Applications Inbound Systems Vendor of the Year Award from Frost & Sullivan, which is presented to companies that best demonstrate excellent growth in several key areas including growth strategy; implementation of strategy; degree of innovation with products and technology; and leadership in customer value and market penetration.
