Microsoft's Garage team has unveiled its latest project, an Android-based lock screen replacement called Next. The lock screen is designed to simplify the user experience by placing all the important features directly on a device's lock screen.
Moving into a global role, Xiaomi's International VP Hugo Barra disclosed that the Chinese company will be moving its international user data to servers outside of China. Users in China will still have their data residing on local servers.
