Exhibition to Run Until February 29 with Free Admission

Leica Camera Asia Pacific has launched a two-week-long photography exhibition by Taiwanese rock singer Wu Bai. Entitled 'More Earth', the exhibition in Malaysia is the second stop in its travel itinerary as it makes its rounds across South East Asia. Held at the Shalini Ganendra Fine Arts @ Gallery Residence, the exhibition is proof of Leica's dedication to transform vision into personal creative fulfillment. Shot entirely with the Leica M6 and M7 with the 28mm f/2 Summicron lens, the 14 black and white prints will be displayed from February 17 to February 29. Opening hours are from 11.00am till 7.00pm every Tuesday till Saturday and admission is free.

According to Sunil Kaul, Managing Director of Leica Camera Asia Pacific, the collaboration with Wu Bai is a perfect fit and reflective of Leica’s mission to expand the natural limits of perception and open up new dimension for human vision and insight.

Leica has also expanded the range of accessories for the Leica S2 professional camera system. As of February 2012, three new Leica S-Adapters will be made available for users to attach medium-format lenses from other manufacturers to Leica S bodies. The individual adapters are the Leica S-Adapter V for Hasselblad V System lenses, the Leica S-Adapter P67 for Pentax 67 system lenses and the Leica S-Adapter M645 for lenses of the Mamiya 645 system. This means that professional photographers now have access to an enormous selection of additional lenses that can further increase the flexibility of the Leica S system.
