The first Taiwan Excellence Pavilion in Malaysia runs from July 12 to July 16, 2017 at the LG Oval Concourse in 1 Utama Shopping Center, where visitors can experience first-hand more than 110 innovative products that bear the prestigious Taiwan Excellence Award logo.

PC enclosure expert In Win showcased four unique PC chassis designs. The 805 Infinity (second from left) creates an illusion of endless rows of LED lights using LED strips and a mirror, while the 'open-air' D-Frame 2.0 (first from right) features a metallic tubing structure that combines tempered glass, rubber foot pads, and deep tire treads for excellent ventilation.
MSI's desktop-caliber GT83VR Titan SLI gaming notebook was also available for hands-on experience, which comes powered by dual GeForce GTX 1080 in SLI and sports a full mechanical keyboard.
As far as luxurious notebooks go, you can't go wrong with the ASUS ZenBook 3 Deluxe (UX490), a 14-inch ultra-thin notebook with a slim 12.9mm and 1.1kg profile.
Another two Acer products on display were the Predator 21 X and Swift 7, the latter being a 9.98mm-thin notebook with a 13.3-inch Full HD IPS display, MU-MIMO support, and Dolby Audio Premium technology.
Thermaltake's gaming portfolio that you witness here (minus the Acer monitor) include the Tt eSPORTS CRONOS Riing RGB 7.1 gaming headset, Tt eSPORTS POSEIDON Z RGB gaming keyboard, Tt eSPORTS VENTUS Z gaming mouse, Tt eSPORTS DASHER extended mouse pad, and a fully-modular Core P5 wall-mount chassis.
Memory and storage maker ADATA showcased its XPG Z1 DDR4 memory modules, available in speeds of up to 3,333MHz for bandwidth of up to 26.6GB/s.
On the left is D-Link's DAP-1860 AC2600 wireless MU-MIMO range extender, followed by the DIR-895L AC5300 wireless MU-MIMO tri-band gigabit router.
Transcend's DrivePro 520 is a dual-lens dashcam that captures on-road and in-car videos, which can be wirelessly streamed or downloaded to an iOS or Android device. Other features include motion G-sensor, GPS receiver, infrared LEDs, car mounts and a MLC-based microSD card bundle.
The recently-released ASUS ZenFone AR that supports both Google's Tango and Daydream tech was also on display at the five-day exhibition.
The Taiwan Excellence Pavilion exhibition is also home to more than just ICT products, such as the A-704 cupronickel alto saxophone from Lien Cheng – one of the oldest and renowned saxophone manufacturers in Taiwan.
The award-winning product here is the Valkyrie K1160X high-performance road tire which, according to Kenda Tires, offers "excellent rolling resistance, superior wet and dry grip and a very high level of puncture resistance."
Our personal favorite is Step2Gold's Ta-Da Chair, which is a walking assistance cane that doubles as a foldable chair.
In case of water emergency, there's now a life jacket (LY-020 by HONO GOLF) that automatically opens to allow for float expansion when it comes in contact with water.
A collaboration between SINGTEX and Taiwan's emerging designer Andre Kao, the s.cafe designer T-shirt features materials made out of coffee grounds, with an artwork that depicts the legend of White Deer of the Shao Tribe.
